Polyurethane, it's time to go...

Polyurethane foam sheets have been replaced by protective sheets made of 100% recycled and recyclable textiles. Made from natural expanding cotton wool, these sheets protect the surface of your products.

Toppers!

Our cover sheets for pallets now consist of 50% recycled LDPE.

Top sheets are pre-cut covers on rolls for covering pallets or protecting equipment or surfaces from rain, dust and pollution.

Packed to measure!

Our classic tubular films were replaced by tubular films made of 50% or 100% recycled LDPE. Quickly and efficiently pack all your products in tailor-made bags using a sealing machine and an unwinder. The tubular films are available in 3 different qualities:
- 50 micron: for lightweight products
- 100 micron: for abrasive, sharp & heavy products
- 150 micron: for very heavy or sharp products

Tip

What width of tubular film do you need to wrap your product?
- Round object: the diameter of the object times 1.6
- Rectangular objects: add the width and height of the object. 
For both round and rectangular objects, it is best to provide a little extra space to make it easier to place the products in the tubular film.

Safe shipping

The polyurethane foam in the sliding boxes and folding boxes were replaced by 100% recycled PET foam.
These foam packs are ideal for packing delicate and fragile products such as glassware, electronics,... The white mousse completely encloses the product for perfect protection and keeps the product in place during transport.

Tip

How to choose the appropriate size of foam box? Add 3 cm to the dimensions (length, width and height) of the product you wish to send. All dimensions shown are outside dimensions of the boxes: Length x Width x Height.
