Modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) or gas flushing is an effective and natural way to extend the shelf life and quality of food products. With this technique, the air in the packaging is replaced by a gas or gas mixture, extending shelf life. The colour, flavour and nutritional value of the products are also preserved for longer.

This device is ideal for sealing trays in series and/or in advance. A mould change is certainly possible, but takes about 10 minutes. One mould is included in the price. Each mould is custom-made, so you choose which and how many trays you want to seal in one go. Because the machine has a counter mould, a customised top seal is possible, even with a tab. A professional finish entirely in line with the customer’s wishes!
