How does the process work?
With a first order, we create a printing plate of your specific print. If you place a subsequent order with us using the same print, you do not have to pay for the plate, so this plate cost is
waived for a repeat order.
We can provide you with a blank template on which you can fill in your print, also showing the printable area.
Would you rather not do this yourself? No problem, just send us your logo in the right format and we will place your logo and/or print on the template for you free of charge. We need the logo in
vectors and in PDF, .ai or .eps format. Not sure if your logo is in the right file format? Send us the file and we will check it for you.
Don't have a logo yet or don't have a logo in the right format? No worries, our designers will gladly help you with this. We can even design your logo for you! Contact us and one of our packaging
coaches will give you an estimate of the cost price of the design.
You can e-mail (or upload) your print to us at studio@biopack.be. We will then produce an official working drawing in PDF format for you to review and (after any changes) approve the printing and
placement of the print. After approval, the delivery time is +/- 6 to 8 working weeks.

What is the process?

- After receiving the artwork in the correct file format , we will prepare an official artwork in PDF format so you can review and (after possible changes) approve the printing and placement of the print.
- From the moment the artwork is approved, your order goes into production. After approval of the artwork, the delivery period is approximately 10 weeks.
- Your order is produced. Please allow for a maximum tolerance on quantity up to 15%. Your order will be shipped to the address provided.
