On this page we would like to help you find your way through our webshop!
1. Navigate through the menus and make your choice
You can choose between our 2 webshops:

You will see that the structure on both webshops is identical, only you will find more products on ePacking.
At the top you have a choice of different menus, these are our standard sections and you can expect this:At the top you have a choice of different menus, these are our standard sections and you can expect this:
- Standard packaging: everything you need to deliver your product safely to your customer, except the driver.
- Beverages & Food: plates and bowls, serving dishes and dishes, trays and jars, meal packaging, cups and bottles, mini catering, cutlery and table decoration, kitchen and accessories,...
- Bags and Carrier Bags
- Sectors: packaging specifically for your sector
- Personalisation: all packaging that you can have provided with your own print, such as bags and carrier bags, boxes for food, snack packaging, paper for food, cups,...
- Bio Pack: if you are only interested in our green packaging, click on the top right or go directly to our webshop biopack.be.
If you move the cursor above each of the listed drop-down menus, you will get a drop-down menu with all the options. For "Standard packaging" this looks like this, see image beside. This allows you to navigate to a more refined level where you can find the products you are looking for.
2. Refine your choice through the filters
Then you can continue filtering in your search for the desired product. This can be done based on the filters in the left column (on desktop pc): the type of product, material, dimensions, or specific specifications such as size, shape, collection,...
Suppose you are looking for a standard cardboard box with a certain size. Then click on "Cardboard boxes" in the drop-down menu under "Standard packaging". On the left side of the page you see now, you can filter further by category. There you tick the category "Standard boxes". Now you will only see standard boxes.
On the left side of the page you can set the length, width and height using a slider filter. Make sure you do this one after the other: first fill in the length: the minimum and/or maximum length you want and press enter, then fill in the width (minimum and/or maximum width) and press enter again. Finally you fill in the minimum and/or maximum height and press enter again. Now you will see a selection of boxes with the specific dimensions you are looking for.
Sort results by
You can also change the display of the products: you can sort the displayed articles by length, width, height, volume.You can also change the display of the products: you can sort the displayed articles by length, width, height, volume.
For example, if you choose "Length (mm)", the articles will be displayed in the order from the largest to the smallest length.
If you click on the arrow next to the dropdown box, the order will be reversed and the articles with the smallest length will be displayed first until the articles with the longest length are displayed at the end.
3. Consult the product info
Did you find your wanted article? Nice! You can see more details about the product by clicking on "more info":
Next you'll go to the product detail page: there you'll find the prices and all the details of the product: a description of the product and the specifications. You can see more information by opening the "more information" section by clicking on the plus sign.
4. Compare products
Are you still hesitating between a number of products? You can easily compare the products with our comparison option. Click on "Compare" with the selected products and then go to "Compare products" at the top of the page. In this way, you can see at a glance all the features of the selected articles next to each other. In the list you will also see the unit price. This makes it easy to compare prices!
5. Sign in to our ePacking webshop
If you are already registered with us as a customer, you can consult your account on the basis of the e-mail address at which you are known to us. Go to Sign In:
There you can easily sign in using your email address and password:
Are you ordering from us for the first time?
New customers can easily create an account. You can do this by clicking on "Sign in" at the top and follow the instructions.
Creating an account has many advantages, such as faster processing, more than one address, an overview and tracking of orders, ...
My Account
Once you are signed in, by clicking on "My Account" at the top of the page, you can view your data and adjust it if necessary. If your order is shipped via the transport company GLS, you can also check the status of the shipment here. Invoices and orders can be consulted.
6. Create a Wish List
Would you like to add certain articles later and / or you would like to have a handy overview of which products you find interesting, then you can add them to your wish list. To do this click on the heart on the product detail page of the product that interests you. This list you can always consult in your account. You can also add a comment to your wish list for example if you want to use that product for a particular purpose. You can do so by typing your comment in the appropriate field and then the button "Update wish list" to press. Then your comment will be saved.
You can also e-mail your wish list to yourself or someone else to have a handy overview, you can do this via the button "Share wish list". If you have clicked this you can add the e-mail addresses you want to add and possibly also a message.
From your wish list you can also add products to a new order: you can use the button under the products "Add to cart" if you want to add one specific or you can also use the button "Add all to cart", which adds all the products from your wish list.
7. Place an order
Now that you're logged in, you can order. You do this by entering a search term (e.g. paper block bags) in the search window at the top right or, if you know the code of an article, the article code (e.g. KRAZB0003). By clicking on "Add to cart", you add the product to your shopping cart.

By clicking on the icon at the top right, you can see what's currently in your shopping cart. You can still view your order and adjust it if necessary by clicking on "View and edit cart". Then you will see an overview of the products with photo: you can still delete items and / or adjust the number of products in your shopping cart. Or you can choose to "Proceed to checkout" and skip it with the overview of the shopping cart.
Once your order is complete, you go to "Continue to Checkout".
7.3. My details: choose Payment method & Invoice address
Choose the payment method you prefer, together with the billing address that applies. Then click on "place order" at the bottom. Now you can checkout.
7.4. Payment & confirmation
You can pay via one of our secure payment methods (more info here). After the payment step you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
