Bamboo is a miracle of nature. It is a great example of our development of sustainable and natural raw materials. Bamboo stems can be processed into very fine fibres from which a fabric is then woven.
After harvesting, it grows back quickly. Bamboo balances the soil and prevents erosion. Bamboo also consumes little water and absorbs a lot of CO₂ from the air. Moreover, it is 100% biodegradable and thus completes the recycling process, making it a textbook example of the sustainability principle.
