Our kraft cardboard compostable cups for salads and desserts are made of pure kraft cardboard. In addition, our kraft salad bowls are coated with vegetable raw materials to make them waterproof. The material, PLA, is an alternative to plastics made from petroleum. PLA is biobased, this means made from vegetable raw materials. It is made from natural starch from plants.
